Estonia's tourism sector continued its recovery in April 2025, with a 7% year-on-year increase in total visitors, driven largely by a 16% rise in foreign arrivals. While international tourism remains below pre-pandemic levels, domestic travel held steady and even surpassed 2019 figures by 11%.
