When is Bangladesh vs New Zealand series?
The Bangladesh Cricket Board has officially announced the schedule of Bangladesh vs New Zealand series, which will be a white-ball tour that will be composed of three ODIs and three T20Is.
In April and May the Bangladesh national cricket team will host the New Zealand national cricket team in the coming series. In the itinerary, the ODI series would start on April 17 and end on April 23.
The two initial ODI matches will be held in the legendary Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket stadium in Dhaka. The third and the final ODI match will be hosted in the Bir Shreshtho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Cricket Stadium in Chattagram.
After the ODI leg, it will be proceeded to the T20 format. The T20 Internation matches one and two will be held on April 27 and 29 in Chattogram. The teams will then go back to Mirpur where the last match of the series will take place.
T20I will be the final instance to be hosted at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on May 2, and this will conclude the white-ball competition.
This is the second home assignment to take place in Bangladesh since they lost the chance to qualify into the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. Also, recently the team hosted the Pakistan national cricket team in a 3-match ODI series and they won the matches by 2-1.
The match against New Zealand should be a good challenge to Bangladesh. Plus, New Zealand have a history of being one of the most reliable international cricket teams and frequently excel in both.
