Navy plans to use Ford-class aircraft carrier to power Naval Station Norfolk
The U.S. Navy is planning to use the nuclear-powered U.S.S. Gerald R. Ford to help charge Naval Station Norfolk, in an effort to provide a reliable source of power for energy resilience and mission assurance.
