At the U.S.-Central Asia Summit, the U.S. and Kazakhstan announced initiatives to deepen cooperation in digital infrastructure and high-performance computing, including the establishment of a $2 billion regional AI Compute Hub in Kazakhstan, to address the growing demand for energy and critical minerals for AI systems.
