Azerbaijan's MCGF set to purchase residential properties under lease-to-sell mechanism
Azerbaijan's Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) will acquire residential properties in Sumgayit city for lease with an obligation to sell. The project aligns with the "Rules for the Lease of Residential Properties with an Obligation to Sell" introduced in 2019.
