With €3.5 million in funding, Spanish startup Omnia is helping brands stand out across AI platforms

EU-Startups has learned that Madrid-based Omnia, an agentic platform that helps brands boost their presence across AI engines and assistants, has raised €3.5 million in pre-Seed financing to accelerate their product roadmap, fuel commercial growth, and support international expansion.

The round was led by Visionaries Club, with participation from KFund and Baobab Ventures. Angel investors include Carles Reina (ElevenLabs), Paulo Rodriguez (Vanta) and Hugo Arévalo (ThePower).

AI assistants are becoming the front door to the internet,” says Daniel Espejo, CEO and Co-founder of Omnia. “Omnia gives teams the playbook and the agents to act on it. Moving from dashboards to done. Just like Cursor makes engineers 10× more productive, Omnia makes marketers 10× more effective on the channels that matter now.”

Omnia’s pre-Seed round aligns with a growing wave of European investment into agentic and AI-driven marketing platforms in 2025.

Comparable early-stage rounds include Massive Dynamic (€3 million, Paris) and Tandem (€3.2 million, Paris), both developing AI-based orchestration tools. Further up the scale, Sweden’s EvoluteIQ secured €44 million to expand its enterprise agentic-AI suite, while Italy’s SylloTips (€4.2 million) and the Netherlands’ Aizy (€1.5 million) also closed funding to advance AI-based marketing and agent platforms.

Within this context, there haven’t been many comparable funding rounds in Spain, positioning Omnia as an early mover in Spain’s emerging agentic-AI marketing ecosystem.

As search shifts rapidly from browsers to AI engines and assistants, every brand will need an agentic strategy to stay visible,” said Robert Jaeckle, Partner at Visionaries Club. “Omnia is pioneering this space by building the agentic platform that turns visibility into action for marketeers. We’re so excited to partner with Daniel and Miguel as they define this new category for Europe and beyond.

Omnia was founded in 2025 by Daniel Espejo (CEO), formerly at Klarna where he launched markets and scaled products used by millions, and Miguel Fernández (CTO), a platform engineer with experience at GitHub and Fastly.

Omnia is an agentic platform for AI search visibility, helping brands discover high-demand topics in AI assistants, monitor their positioning, understand the sources those assistants cite, and launch agents to create and place AI-optimised content where it matters.

The company enables marketing and growth teams to influence how AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews answer customer questions.

The platform:

  • Surfaces the most searched topics relevant to a brand.
  • Benchmarks how a brand performs vs. competitors.
  • Reveals the sources AI engines cite.
  • Launches agents that create and place AI-optimized content in the right sources, closing the loop from insights to action.

Since launch, Omnia has been adopted by brands including Personio, ElevenLabs, Embat, Línea Directa, Ironhack, Air Europa, Praktika.ai , Trade Republic, Pleo and HappyRobot.

Also by marketing agencies like MIO group, Elogia, Product Hackers and Everybody. Early customers are allegedly reporting up to 3× visibility gains across AI channels.

Omnia has been key to our growth – helping us understand what potential clients are searching for, how well we’re positioned, and how to capture leads from AI across different markets,” shared Adrian Varez, Head of Growth at Happy Robot.

The new funding will accelerate Omnia’s product roadmap (expanding topic intelligence, source coverage, and agentic placement), fuel commercial growth, and support international expansion from its base in Madrid, Spain.
