Uzbekistan’s Agat Credit to issue bonds and evolve into Microfinance Bank
Agat Credit, one of Uzbekistan’s active microfinance organizations, is stepping up its market presence with a new bond issuance and plans to transition into a microfinance bank. Following two successful placements earlier this year, the company is preparing its third offering while also seeking shareholder approval for a strategic transformation.
