US to reopen its mission in Caracas after 7 years of diplomatic rupture with Venezuela
The US chargé d'affaires for Venezuela, Laura Dogu, has arrived in Caracas to reopen the diplomatic mission closed since 2019, in a context of bilateral thaw after the fall of Nicolás Maduro and the partial release of political prisoners.
