Powell most popular top official, new poll shows
A new Gallup survey found that among a baker’s dozen of U.S. leaders, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell is the most popular. More than 4 in 10 respondents to the poll, released Monday, said they approve of Powell’s job performance. That includes 46 percent of Democrats, 34 percent of Republicans and 49 percent of independents. …
