Planckendael stray dog attack: Owner must pay €12K
Zemst (Brussels Morning Newspaper) – After two llamas were fatally mauled by stray dogs in Planckendael Zoo, Brabant, the dogs’ owner has been ordered to pay nearly €12,000 in damages to the zoo.
