Ostend posts signs to stop bread feeding in parks
Ostend (Brussels Morning Newspaper) – Ostend placed new signs in Leopoldpark and Maria-Hendrikapark (+ Bosje) to stop bread feeding to waterfowl. Alderman Fabrice Goffin warns it harms birds and attracts rats.
