High Officials Day held as part of the joint exercise of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and EUFOR

Manjača, (Fena) – The Day of High Dignitaries (DV Day) within the framework of the joint military exercise “Combined Response 25”, conducted jointly by the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and EUFOR, was successfully realized today at the military polygon “Manjača”.

The goal of the exercise is to strengthen interoperability, operational readiness, and mutual trust between the Armed Forces of BiH and international partners, with a special emphasis on conducting peace support operations, enhancing capacities in crisis situations, and coordinated action within joint missions.

During today’s central event, key segments of the exercise were presented to the attending high dignitaries through tactical-technical actions and demonstrations.

The activity was graced by the presence of the highest military representatives of the Armed Forces of BiH, EUFOR, and representatives of the diplomatic and international military corps accredited in BiH.

Participants in the exercise have carried out complex scenarios over the past days, from June 8 to June 12, 2025, which include: riot control, tactical patrols, ground and facility search operations, establishment of security parameters, and medical evacuation with the support of helicopter units.

This joint exercise, hosted by the Armed Forces of BiH, is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen international military relations through combined training activities.

Combined Response 25 reflects the joint commitment of EUFOR and the Armed Forces of BiH to maintain a safe and stable environment through the promotion of professional military cooperation.

The Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina emphasizes that this exercise represents yet another proof of the commitment of the Armed Forces of BiH to preserving peace and stability, as well as the continuous improvement of professional standards in cooperation with international partners.
