Federal judge blocks death penalty for Luigi Mangione
A federal judge dismissed some of Luigi Mangione’s charges Friday for allegedly gunning down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in 2024, preventing prosecutors from seeking the death penalty.
