EU Chief Diplomat: Not only buy arms in the USA
Warsaw (dpa) – After the announcement of tariffs by US President Donald Trump, EU chief diplomat Kaja Kallas calls for less reliance on the USA for the procurement of armaments. “Of course, the defense cooperation we have with the Americans is also very important,” said the EU foreign affairs representative on the sidelines of an informal meeting of EU defense ministers in Warsaw. But it will be looked at what more can be done for the European defense industry.
