Data on Azerbaijan's VAT refunds to foreigners in 4M2025 revealed
Azerbaijan handed back 2.9 million manat ($1.7 million) in VAT to foreigners and stateless folks from January to April 2025. The refund covers VAT on non-commercial goods and medical services offered by healthcare facilities and private practitioners.
