Cuban patrol kills four on US-registered speedboat as Washington tensions rise
Cuban coast guards killed four on a Florida-registered speedboat on Wednesday. Authorities say the vessel refused to comply to identification requests as it violated Cuban waters, and opened fire on Cuban guards.
