'Cuba will fall very soon,' says Trump as Shield of the Americas alliance created
Trump gathered some 15 like-minded Latin American leaders in Miami to launch the Shield of the Americas, an anti-cartel military alliance, while announcing negotiations with Cuba and formally recognising the Venezuelan government of Delcy Rodríguez.
