"Cuba will fall very soon," says Trump as Shield of the Americas alliance created
Trump gathered some 15 like-minded Latin American leaders in Miami to launch the 'Shield of the Americas', an anti-cartel military alliance, while announcing negotiations with Cuba and formally recognising the Venezuelan government of Delcy Rodríguez.
