Azerbaijan's Energy Ministry seeks bids for cogeneration consultant
Azerbaijan's Energy Ministry has announced a tender to attract a consulting company. The company must prepare a comprehensive feasibility study for a pilot project of public-private partnership in the field of cogeneration in the country.
