Azerbaijani Nakhchivan’s budget spending dips below expectations in 1H2025
The budget expenditures of Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic totaled 203.2 million manat ($119.9 million) in the first half of 2025, meeting 84.4 percent of the forecast. Spending across all budget categories fell short of projections.
