Azerbaijan estimates leasing of apartments via public funding
Azerbaijan's Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) has issued 3.7 billion manat ($2.2 billion) in loans to 56,808 borrowers, according to Trend. Additionally, business loans with guarantees have totaled 687.2 million manat ($404 million), and 9,070 residential units have been leased.
