Albania’s construction costs rise slightly in 2Q2025
Albania’s Construction Cost Index (CCI) for dwellings rose slightly in the second quarter of 2025, reaching 113.5 points. The annual growth slowed to 1.1 percent, compared to 2.5 percent a year earlier, with salary expenditures driving most of the increase while material costs declined.
