Aizy acquires Dutch performance marketing software company Uptmz following €2 million raise

AI marketing software company Aizy has acquired fellow Dutch industry player Uptmz, with plans to create an integrated advertising platform for Google, Microsoft, and Meta bringing together software, AI-powered optimisation, and strategic support within a single ecosystem.

Today’s news follows their €2 million raise back in February and their €22 million valuation.

This acquisition is a major step forward. We were already building strong momentum, but bringing Uptmz and Aizy together, serving more than 600 customers across multiple countries, gives us a unique opportunity to take a lead in a market that is still in its early stages,” shares Stefan Nuijten, founder of Aizy, with EU-Startups.

Aizy’s acquisition of Uptmz follows notable funding and M&A activity within their sector – specifically for European software companies applying AI to marketing execution, creative workflows, search visibility, sales intelligence, and e-commerce operations.

The closest direct comparables are Searchable and DOJO AI, both focused on AI-enabled marketing infrastructure, while Dragonfly AI and First Concepts sit in adjacent creative and agency workflows. Outcraft AI, Sillage, Kopa.ai, and Webidoo broaden the context into revenue execution, go-to-market automation, and SMB operating layers.

Against this backdrop, Aizy’s move to combine AI-driven campaign optimisation, multichannel advertising software, and specialist support is consistent with a wider shift towards platforms that reduce fragmentation across marketing and commercial workflows.

Today’s acquisition brings together two AI-driven performance marketing innovators, and refelcts the growing shift from fragmented marketing tools toward integrated AI-native advertising platforms.

  • Originally developed in 2019 within agency group Springbok Group, Uptmz has evolved over the past several years into a highly technical performance marketing platform focused on Google and Microsoft advertising, with a strong emphasis on automation and scalability. In 2022, Uptmz became an independent company to accelerate the platform’s growth. As part of Aizy, the platform will continue to scale within an AI-first environment.

Through the acquisition, Aizy says they are responding to the growing demand for performance marketing technology that goes beyond standalone AI tools or fragmented automation solutions.
